This year the SAWS Challenge will be held at Great Escape Games
at their new location. This local game store has sponsored our
tournament for three years running now, and now they've gone to the
next step and will be hosting our event. We certainly appreciate the
continued support of this Sacramento gaming icon!
Those of you who are familiar with Great Escape Games may think
you know how to get to the store, but if you haven't been around in
awhile, you might not know about their recent move. Great Escape is
now down the street at 1250 Howe Ave Suite 3A (Sacramento, CA). The
new spot is a little hard to find the first time, but it offers a LOT
more gaming space than the store previously had (and even more space
than the hotel we've been at the past few years!). There is also
plenty of parking available.

One thing to keep in mind when trying to find the new Great Escape: it is BEHIND Ross. It looks like there are no storefronts back there, but there are (well, there is one). If you feel like the local garbage man going to empty the shopping center's dumpsters, you are probably headed in the right direction.
